This past weekend my oldest girl had a Girl scout event. She is a member of a GS leadership group called the Tejas Riders. They ride horses but that is only a small part of it. These girls work with younger kids and help take care of the horses. This weekend it was “play day”. It’s where they get to show off what they have learned. It is an amazing program. The more we are involved with Girl Scouts the more impressed I am. It is an outstanding organization. They teach great values and the leaders demonstrate these values in all they do. I thought of the gag while listening to all ther girls reciting their laws.
