PS3 Move

PS3 Move

I have suspected this for a while, but I’m so out of shape. I should have known by the fact I huff and puff when going up the stairs at work. We bought the PS3 Motion and played it a lot Tuesday night. Wednesday I woke up sore. I am actually happy about it as I need to get in some better shape. I’m actually more interested in the cardio side of working out. For several weeks I have been trying to be more active and take long walks every day. I’ve also been watching my calorie count and started drinking only diet drinks. So far I’ve lost 9 pounds. I’d like to lose another 30 pounds we’ll see. It sure would be easier if food didn’t taste so darn good.

Now I must say I really like the PS3 Move so far. It’s very responsive and fun. When available I will buy one of the workout games that is coming out. Now that this post is done I need to go play. More Advil in the morning.

Have you tried Weight Watchers? It’s just eating healthy and exercising, but my mother was back at her goal weight in a matter of months and in two years my step-father has lost over 60 pounds.

How would you have felt about tearing your rotator cuff? When I received the Wii for my 40th birthday, I spent time playing the Wii Sports game. Rip went my rotator cuff while I was playing tennis. Apparently, I am not Billie Jean King. 8)
