I truly am all for national fervour and loving the country you're from (heaven knows it's taken me long enough) but July 4th is sooooo much more than just a day for Americans. For example - it is also my daughter's birthday and not surprisingly is waaaaaay more important :) Well, funnily enough, I’m with your daughter Barry – and it’s got nothing to do with the fact that I’m British.
