My kids do love each other, but treat each other just like most siblings do. I figure they will be like me and most of my siblings and become really close in later years. I was surprised tonight when the oldest gave the little one a hug. It thrilled my youngest to get that kind of attention from her hero. I found out it was for the little one’s birtday. Her actual birthday is not until Monday, but they will all be at church camp next week.
I’ll be all alone next week because my wife is also going to the camp as a counselor. On Grace’s birthday I’ll be celebrating by going to see Neil Young in concert with my best bud.

Congrats on the birthday!…and more importantly on seeing Neil Young! At least they act like they love each other twice a year, maybe you can mix in major holidays too.
