I work with great people in the IT department. One of the things I hate doing is assigning work for people. The nice thing is that I work with are self starters. If something needs to be done, they are usually already working on it. There are those times I have to assign a job and sometimes the jobs are not all that much fun, especially if it is working with someone who has no patience. My only comfort is that I don’t have to do those jobs since I have people to do it. 
I’m back on schedule this week. Last week I missed both normal updates as I was having fun wih kidney stones. I almost all better but still feel a bit weak.
Driving the bus is the most fun. Glad you are over the kidney stones. I have heard that they ain’t no fun at all. Glad to have you back on schedule.
