Wanna Buy Some Girls Scout Cookies?

It is that time of year when both my daughters start selling girl scout cookies. I’m not a big fan of hitting up people at work to buy girl scout cookies.  I prefer to have my girls come up to work and do the selling themselves. The few people I will sell to are my peers, and OK the people who report to me. I don’t think anyone feels pressure to buy cookies but the only chance I get to ask is when I go to their desk on a service call. I always say “no pressure” but their PC is not fixed at that point so they may not believe me. :) By the way, would you like to buy some girl scout cookies?

You got my hair color wrong and I wasn’t wearing pink.

HAHAHAHA! This is hilarious. I used to get extra boxes of thin mints and freeze them. They’d work for special hubby bribes later in the year Do they still make the oatmeal cookies with the peanut butter in the middle? MmmmMmm….

  3. Kenny Says:

So, do we need to indicate what kind of cookies we want in the IT ticket?

  4. barryb Says:

Yes, we will add a category with a pull down list with all available cookies. :)

  5. Matt Says:

No thanks, I can fix my own computer. And oh by the way, I can be bribed with Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew :)

  6. Tasha (Brownie Leader) Says:

If they don’t want to buy they can always donate. The brownie troop is collecting for Plano Children’s Medical Center :-)

  7. Crystal Says:

Mmm. Me! Me! I bought 10 boxes of Tagalongs from a co-worker. :)

I just found this site last night through thewebcomiclist.com and have read straight through the archives.

Have you considered a fund raiser for your site? I bet cookies or an online store would work. :P
