I won’t get in to too many details but I had 2 interesting “discussions” this week. One could have turned ugly but didn’t. The other one should not have gone so bad but did. The 2nd one had me hot, but then he called back and said he was sorry. He seemed very sincere and all my anger had no where to go. I did feel much better and later I saw the man face to face and it was very civil and I was able to help with his computer needs. He got what he needed, just not what he wanted. Clearly this was not a staff member.
Don’t you just hate it when someone does the right thing and cheats you out of makin’ yourself sick holdin’ a grudge. I have found that the best way to get even with people is to be nice too ‘em.

Yes indeed they cheated me. While I like the idea of revenge by being nice, I could never be that vicious. Actually, I did see him later taht day and I was as nice as I could be, I even smiled. He did not look so happy.
