We actually did some work this week. My folks live on 7 acres and there is always a lot to do. My Dad had a stint put in for his heart last week and trying to keep him from doing too much is work in itself. There is still a lot of trees and branches on the ground all over this part of Kentucky. My parents property is no exception. You would not believe how much damage by the ice storm and that was many weeks ago. You can not go anywhere that you don’t hear the drone of chainsaws in the distance. We are taking a day tomorrow to go to Mammoth Caves. My kids love it here working or not….so do I. We head back to Texas on Sunday.
