OK, this is actually a combination of 2 events. I had actually come up with this idea before Friday and then someone opened a ticket very late in the day and marked it high priority and it was not even close to a low priority in reality. Gotta love them users!
I can top that with the user that entered the “high” priority ticket at 4:54 for a mouse “pad” cuz the other one was dirty.
